Welcome to Salon Domane. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our team, ensuring a professional and respectful experience for everyone.

Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Booking Requirements:
A valid credit card is required to schedule all appointments. Your card will be securely stored and used only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Arrival Time:
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Our scheduling is designed to provide each client with the maximum time needed for their service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment to protect the experience of clients scheduled after you.

Rescheduling:
We recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure availability with your preferred stylist.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

48-Hour Notice Required:
We require at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients and protects our stylists' schedules.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge based on your scheduled appointment total.

No-Show Appointments:
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% service charge.

Repeat Cancellations:
Clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book online.

Consultation Requirements

Color Correction:
All color correction services require an in-person consultation with a $50 deposit. This deposit is applied toward your service total. The consultation allows us to assess your hair's condition, discuss realistic goals, and create a custom plan.

Extension Services:
All extension services require an in-person consultation with a $50 deposit (applied to your service). Hair must be purchased at the time of booking, and your installation appointment can be scheduled the same day.

Payment & Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Gratuity:
Gratuity cannot be added to credit card transactions and must be provided separately in cash.

Pricing Changes:
Service pricing is subject to change based on hair length, density, processing time, and product usage. Your stylist will communicate any pricing adjustments during your consultation or appointment.

Additional Charges:
Services requiring additional color, toner, or product beyond standard application may incur added charges. Your stylist will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.

Service Modifications & Results

Consultations:
A thorough consultation is conducted before every service to ensure we understand your goals and can deliver realistic results. We encourage clients to bring inspiration photos and communicate openly about their expectations.

Realistic Expectations:
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, some hair goals may require multiple sessions or may not be achievable depending on your hair's current condition. Your stylist will provide honest recommendations and create a plan tailored to your hair's health and integrity.

Service Guarantees:
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns. Services performed at other salons cannot be corrected or guaranteed by Salon Domane.

Client Conduct

Respectful Behavior:
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment for all clients and staff. Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services and removal from the salon.

Health & Safety:
If you have any scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or are pregnant or nursing, please inform your stylist before your service begins. Certain services or products may need to be adjusted or avoided for your safety.

Children:
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children not accompany you to appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.

Liability

Product Recommendations:
Our stylists recommend professional products and at-home care tailored to your hair's needs. Failure to follow aftercare instructions or use of non-recommended products may affect your results and is not the responsibility of Salon Domane.

Allergic Reactions:
While rare, allergic reactions to hair color or chemical services can occur. If you have a history of allergies or sensitivities, please inform your stylist. Patch tests are available upon request.

Hair Damage:
Our stylists are trained to prioritize the health and integrity of your hair. However, certain services (such as lightening, chemical treatments, or extensions) carry inherent risks. Your stylist will discuss these risks during your consultation, and proceeding with a service indicates your understanding and acceptance of these risks.

Privacy & Data Protection

Client Information:
We collect and store client contact information, appointment history, and payment details to provide and improve our services. Your information is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Photography & Social Media:
Occasionally, we may photograph clients' hair for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. Your consent will always be requested before sharing your images publicly.

Modifications to Terms

Salon Domane reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
