That belief is exactly what led her to open Salon Domane in 2017, with a vision that went beyond services and price points. She wanted to build something real: a space rooted in positivity, driven by passion, and held together by a genuine sense of community.

Today, Salon Domane is home to a team Carissa is genuinely proud of. Talented stylists who share her standards, her work ethic, and her commitment to making every single client feel like the most important person in the room. Building that work family, she'll tell you, has been one of the greatest parts of this whole journey.
When she's not in the salon, Carissa is at home with her husband of 20 years and their daughter Sophia, or let's be honest, probably winning on the pickleball court.

Vinn is the extension expert you didn't know you needed. With a decade of experience and a specialty in K-Tips and hand-tied methods, she approaches every client with a customized eye and an obsession with elevating natural beauty. Her work is glamorous without being overdone, seamless without sacrificing volume, and always, always intentional.
Outside the salon, Vinn is exploring the city, spoiling her pup Boujee, and yes, doing a little retail therapy whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Katie's passion is turning hair goals into reality, and she's been doing it for over a decade. Her sweet spots are hand-tied extensions and blonding, creating color that looks natural, dimensional, and completely effortless. She has a gift for making clients feel confident and refreshed, and her chair has become a place people genuinely look forward to coming back to.
When she's not creating hair magic, Katie is mom to her son Owen and their Golden Retriever Maggie, finding inspiration in connection and creativity both in and out of the salon.

Amanda has spent 10 years perfecting the kind of color and bridal work that looks timeless, radiant, and completely intentional. Her specialty is balayage and bridal styling, and she brings the same level of care and artistry to a Saturday wedding as she does to a Tuesday afternoon appointment. She's also the owner of Solie & Sable, her bridal hair business, where she brings wedding hair dreams to life with the same precision and passion she brings to every client at Salon Domane.
Outside the salon, Amanda is a devoted mom to her son Brooks and a believer that the best workplaces are built on support, laughter, and creativity.

Maeve has been obsessed with beauty for as long as she can remember, and the moment she stepped into cosmetology school she knew she'd found her people. She specializes in lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and natural-looking extensions, with a talent for making every transformation feel effortless and completely personal. Whether it's a subtle refresh or a full reinvention, Maeve brings creativity, connection, and serious skill to every appointment.
When she's off the clock, you'll find her with her dog Kelce, shopping, or creating content for her socials.

Liv is the future of Salon Domane and she's just getting started. Fresh out of beauty school and already bringing serious passion and energy to every client she touches, Liv is building her skills behind the chair with a focus on color and helping people feel confident, refreshed, and completely themselves. She's exactly the kind of talent that gets better every single day.
When she's not at the salon, Liv is shopping, spending time with friends and family, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
