Appointments & Scheduling
We design our schedule to give every client the time and attention they deserve. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you arrive on time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to protect the experience for clients booked after you.
For your convenience, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave the salon.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, we get it. But our stylists depend on their schedules, and last-minute cancellations affect their ability to serve other clients.
Here's how it works:
- 48-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge.
- No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will incur a 100% service charge.
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that gratuity cannot be added to credit card transactions and must be provided separately.
